Shipping Cost:

Cairo, Giza, 6th of October: 10 EGP per 1Kg Other Egyptian Governorates: 20 EGP per 1Kg We currently cannot ship for customers outside Egypt.

Delivery Time:

Items handling and shipping time usually takes 2-4 weeks. If you haven't received your item after 4 weeks from placing your order a full refund will be issued to you. Egyptian Governorates outside Cairo are subject to shipping fees that vary from one location to another (Calculated during the checkout) and it takes 5-10 working days to arrive.

Tracking & Proof Of Delivery:

For all orders we will provide tracking numbers that can be traced over Egypt Post with COD option (if chosen during the checkout process) and Proof Of Delivery signature services.

Return & Refund:

- You can kindly submit a return request via the below link. We accept returns of unused and undamaged items according to our returns policy.
- For defected items or doesn't match description: your item qualifies for return and full refund without paying the return shipping cost if reported within 7 days of receiving the parcel. A shipping label will be sent to the customer.
- For buyer remorse return: we also accept buyer remorse returns within 7 days of receiving the parcel, you are kindly required to ship the item back at its original condition to our warehouse in "20 Abou El Attahia Street , Nasr City, Egypt" The buyer in this case is responsible for paying the shipping cost.
