ملاحظة: بالنسبة للأحذية الرياضية وأحذية الجري مثل Adidas وPuma ، أضف 1-1.5 سم إلى الطول. سيمنحك هذا الطول الصحيح الذي يطابق دليل مقاس الحذاء الصحيح. تمنح هذه المساحة الإضافية قدميك مساحة للتدفئة والتمدد أثناء الجري.
