However, for other types of returns, a standard delivery fee 75 EGP will apply.

• Please Visit your Account center or Click on the profile icon in the store's navigation or go to the Return order.
• Log in to your account.
• Select the order that you want to return from your orders page.
• Click Request return.
• Select the Items you want to return.
• Choose a return reason and add a note for the store.
  
• Click  request return button.

* You will be able to track your Return requests status and Refund status from your Account dashboard / Orders Page.
