How can I place an order?

Placing an order is very easy. Just follow these simple steps and start shopping with us:

Start by signing in to your account. If you do not have a registered account yet then start out by filling our registration form. To start shopping, select the product category link: e.g. ACCESSORIES and you will be directed to a page where all our accessories are present. You can also use our latest product search option to see what is trending these days or seasonal collections and weekly offers through the links on our home page. Or simply start by entering a keyword in the search box on the homepage.

Once you are sure you want to purchase something, select the color, size, quantity, and click on “add to cart”.

You can review the items in your cart by clicking on 'view your cart'.

Once you have reviewed your cart, click on 'checkout' to complete your order.

 

Can I track my order?

You will receive regular updates about the status of your shipment through SMS and emails. You can track your order through our tracking tool Order Lookup page.

 

How quickly can I get my order?

Our team does its best to make sure that you receive your orders by the date listed on the product page.

What are your delivery charges?

We offer free shipping to most of Egypt areas.

My order is delayed. What should I do?

We apologize for the delay in your product delivery.

You can track your order through our tracking tool Order Lookup page. Simply enter your order number and email address and see if its status has been changed. If it hasn’t, please get in touch with our Customer Support Team.

I want to cancel my order. What should I do?

After you have placed your order, we can’t help you cancel it. You can however return any items, which are no longer required, for a full refund. To know more about our refund service, please read our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Do you sell fake products?

All our products are 100% original.

 

How would I know if the size is right for me?

You can go through our size chart where we have described every size and its measurement in detail. 

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards. We also Accept Kiosk E-payments through out Aman and Masary Networks. 

 

What is Jlood’s return policy?

All items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions that make you eligible for a refund:

- Your order never reached you.

- Product is damaged.

- Products were delivered later than what was promised.

- Wrong/different product from what has been ordered.

For an item to be returned:

It must be in new condition, must be returned with all its original packaging and accessories and should be unworn.

I have not received my refund.

Once you qualify for a refund, you will receive it through the same payment method that you used for placing your order. (Credit card refunds can take up to 10 business days to be reflected on your bank account.)
