Ordering
You can order online on our website/ App or through our chat services on WhatsApp and Facebook messanger. In both cases you will be provided with order reference number to future assistance. 
We provide installment options through various channels, including bank installments, valU, Sympl, Souhoola, Premium Card, Forsa, Aman, Contact, Tru and Halan
We care about your satisfaction. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, you can return it free of charge within 14 days if it is defective or incorrect. However, for other types of returns, a standard delivery fee will apply. Our main goal is to ensure your satisfaction and happiness with our service. Shipping
We ship our products to all parts and governorates of Egypt.
All orders are eligible for free shipping upon accepting the delivery. However, please note that in the event of a return, a delivery fee of 75 EGP will be charged.
1-3 business days between 12pm to 8pm for Cairo and Giza.2-5 business days for the rest of Egypt.A delivery associate will contact you when your order is ready.
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.Once your order is shipped we will send you another email along with the link to track your order.Or, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.
yes, we allow our customer to open package upon delivery for inspection. 
Returns and Refunds
You can kindly submit a return request by doing this steps below :Please Visit your Account center or Click on the profile icon in the store's navigation or go to the Return order.Log in to your account.Select the order that you want to return from your orders page.Click Request return.Select the Items you want to return.Choose a return reason and add a note for the store.Click  request return button.* You will be able to track your Return requests status and Refund status from your Account dashboard / Orders Page.
Refunds are processed within 7 working days from when we receive the item(s).Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you didn't receive refund, please contact us at care@jlood.com. or call us directly on 01210999980
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.If your return is accepted, you will be notified by email or you can check return status on your Account Center.You can always contact us for any return questions at care@jlood.com. In the event of a return or cancellation, a refund will be issued.Refunds will be processed within 7 business days using the same payment method if an online method was used. For orders paid in cash upon delivery, you have the option to receive your refund through wallet or your bank account or store credit.Return shipping fees of 75 EGP will be deducted from your order total refund.For more info please visit our refund policy page.
