1. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer nationwide shipping across Egypt, including Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, and other governorates.

Please note that international shipping is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

During busy periods, promotional campaigns, or peak shopping seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

If your order experiences a significant delay, our customer care team will contact you via email or phone to keep you informed.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery location and will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

Delivery Hours: Deliveries in Cairo and Giza typically take place between 12:00 PM and 8:00 PM.

• Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

• Additional transit time may be required during holidays, severe weather, or unexpected logistical delays.

• A delivery representative will contact you when your order is ready for delivery.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours of shipment confirmation.

You can use your tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress and estimated delivery status.
